President Obama is openly violating the Constitution, and arrogantly ignoring the precedent set by his own party during President Bush's 8 years in office, by appointing 4 officials to a pair of minor Federal agencies.
We are in the election year. It's past time to boot Obama out of the White House, regardless who is running as the GOP candidate.
