House increases debt by $1 trillion in 10 months

As Tina Korbe at Hot Air says:

Good going, GOP House: Thanks for increasing the debt by $1 trillion in 10 months

I don't place the blame squarely on the House GOP. But they need to address this issue up front, and now. That they really haven't done.
