We certainly do have a problem

If Bill Maher (a person that is barely quotable, let alone quoted) and Alexandra Pelosi (yes, a daughter of Congresswoman Nancy "We have to pass it so we can read it" Pelosi, former Speaker of the House) have a problem with welfare, the problem is indeed acute.
