Attempt #6

I appreciate the effort to save a few bucks (no pun intended), but Congress has bigger problems than worrying about how long a paper dollar stays in circulation:

Capitol Hill lawmakers want to change the color of money amid growing concerns about the federal deficit and the constant pressure for Washington to live within its means.
Since this is the SIXTH time this issue has been tackled by Congress, with the same spectacular FAILURE the first five tries, I remind you of one definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. This does not speak well of Congress.
