Representatives McMorris-Rodgers and Ryan on New Budget

Ed Morrisey of the "Hor Air" blog summarizes a conference call for bloggers held today by Representatives Paul Ryan and Cathy McMorris-Rodgers.  The topic?  President Obama's proposed budget.  Both Representatives are against the budget, and made it clear during the conference call.
